Our Pricing
All sessions require a combination of mediating, drafting, and support, as necessitated by your unique situation.
Discovery Call: 30-minute call at no charge.
Mediation Sessions: Require drafting and support time. Two-hour minimum (e.g., 1 hour mediating, 1 hour drafting & support).
Payment: We accept payment via check*, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
Note: Pricing is for remote sessions. In-person sessions will incur additional fees, TBD before commencing. *If paying by check, mediation will commence after check clears.
Pricing Options
Hourly Rate Mediation
$300/hour – Ideal for quick consultations or resolving a single issue.
Retainer Rate Mediation
Receive a discounted hourly rate, based on the # hours you purchase in advance. Keep them and use them as needed.
Session Rate Mediation
$750/session – 2 hours live, plus pre- and post-work support.
Flat Rate Mediation
$1,500 – Up to 4 hours of mediation.
$3,000 – Up to 8 hours of mediation.
Each additional hour will be billed at $250.
Mediated Settlement Agreements will be billed separately and based on complexity (typically, around $1,000).
Parenting Plans will be billed separately and based on complexity (typically, around $500).

- Discovery Call: Schedule a free discovery call to discuss your needs and fees.
- Mediation Session: Set up your session, either remote or in-person (additional fees apply).
- Resolution: Work through your issues with our certified mediator guiding the process.
- Finalization: Receive your agreement and support (this can involve helping the parties navigate resources, providing referrals to other professionals, or offering advice on how to maintain a positive relationship moving forward).
