About Amicable Path Mediation
A More Structured Approach to Divorce Mediation in Texas
Amicable Path Mediation was built around a simple idea: divorce doesn’t have to be chaotic, confusing, or unnecessarily adversarial.
We provide a structured, step-by-step approach to divorce mediation in Texas, helping couples move from uncertainty to clear, organized agreements.
Rather than relying on open-ended conversations or scattered communication, our process is designed to bring clarity to financial decisions, parenting arrangements, and next steps—so nothing important gets overlooked.
More Than Traditional Mediation
Many people come into mediation feeling overwhelmed by:
- unclear financial information
- competing priorities
- communication challenges
Amicable Path Mediation addresses this by providing a more organized, guided process that helps clients:
- structure financial and household information
- clarify key decisions
- stay focused on forward progress
This approach supports more efficient sessions and more confident outcomes.
A Neutral, Guided Process
Mediation is a voluntary process, and we remain neutral throughout.
Farrah Rose serves as a Texas divorce mediator, facilitating conversations and helping both parties work toward mutually agreed-upon outcomes. She does not represent either party and does not provide legal advice.
Clients are encouraged to consult independent legal counsel at any point for legal advice or review.
